I liked the location. I didn't like the pool and hot tub. the hot tub was like a luke warm bath, not warm at all.

Although the rooms were advertised as non-smoking, a large "sundeck" provided balcony space. On this deck smokers congregated well into the night, laughing loudly and talking in groups. Worse, the cigarette smoke seeped into the bedrooms, tainting everything. I do not smoke, yet my suitcase and clothes all stank of cigarette smoke when I left the hotel. There were large groups of snowmobilers out for the weekend, and while I suppose it was not the fault of the hotel, they tended to smoke a great deal, and to party noisily. On another topic, the televisions in the rooms are so old that I could not even connect a computer. I have seen newer models at the dump! I would not stay here again.

Friendly warm atmophere
We had only booked 1 room, a king, and yet we were registered for 2 queen rooms. The owners knew us from a previous visit so we were not charged for the extra room.
